Your Corner Neapolitan Pizzeria in Coral Ridge
NapulEATan sits right in the Coral Ridge neighborhood on East Commercial Blvd — the corner pizzeria and Italian deli for 33308. Walk in, call, or order online for pickup and delivery.
The neighbourhood benchmark: 72-hour dough, DOP San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte and mozzarella di Bufala, blistered at the rim and tender in the middle.
Prosciutto, mortadella, bresaola and speck sliced to order at the counter — the salumeria half of Italian eating, which this end of Coral Ridge did not have before.
Roman pastas at $25, plus gluten-free pasta and gluten-free pizza crust for $3 more — ordered more often from Coral Ridge than from anywhere else we serve.

Your neighbourhood Neapolitan pizzeria in Coral Ridge
Coral Ridge is our home neighbourhood in every practical sense. We sit on its northern edge, and a good share of the people who walk in more than once a week live between here and Oakland Park Boulevard. Coming up Bayview Drive from the Country Club, you are here in about five minutes.
Coral Ridge has plenty of restaurants. What it did not have, before we opened, was a kitchen making Neapolitan pizza to the actual standard — dough fermented slowly and stretched by hand, DOP San Marzano tomatoes, real fior di latte and mozzarella di Bufala, and about ninety seconds in a very hot oven. The Galleria end of the neighbourhood is well served for dining out. This end wanted somewhere you could eat properly on a weeknight without booking anything.
So that is what we built. It is a family kitchen with recipes that came over from Naples and have not been adjusted for anybody. The pasta is Roman — cacio e pepe, carbonara with guanciale and no cream, amatriciana — and the deli counter runs alongside it, slicing prosciutto and mortadella to order the way a salumeria does.
Being the neighbourhood place cuts both ways, and we know it. People here come back weekly, which means we cannot have an off night. That is a useful kind of pressure.
Getting here from Coral Ridge: about 5 minutes, north on Bayview or Federal. We are at 2500 E Commercial Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308, with free parking directly out front. See the full menu or order online.
What people from Coral Ridge order
This is our regulars’ neighbourhood, so the ordering is broader here than anywhere else — people work through the menu rather than sticking to one thing. Over a month, the Diavola and the Cacio e Pepe are the two that come up most.
The weeknight pattern is a pizza and a salad: a Margherita or a Provola e Pepe with an Arugula Salad, in and out in forty minutes. The weekend pattern is longer — antipasti, a pasta, and a pizza to share, usually with the Burrata and Prosciutto to start.
Coral Ridge also orders more gluten-free than any other area we serve. Both the pizza crust and the pasta are available gluten-free for three dollars more, and the pasta in particular holds up properly rather than turning to paste. If you are ordering for a table with one gluten-free eater, tell us when you call and we will keep the boards and the water separate rather than improvising at the last minute.
